Day 1 – keto diet

Today was hard. I had two protein shakes and a double bacon cheeseburger (bun less) from Harvey’s.

I went hard at work. After reading over 100 emails (since I was off for more than a week) I am starting to see some light but I’ll be caught up again soon. I have lots of new projects waiting and I’m happy.

I also have to work on all my remaining assignments for my sociology courses. Time is running good it. Tomorrow. I promise.

I also did my workout, stretch, and daily swim!
