I finally went to work today. I still felt weak but not as bad as the last three days. I worked, went home and did the following:
- Went on a 25km bike ride
- Swam 1800 metres at the pool for 35 minutes
- Hit the gym
- Prepped 6 protein shakes
I’m recovered and ready to start training harder than ever. I have some ideas on what to do next but I’d like to put some thought before putting it in the blog. It’s going to get hectic but I’ll make it work!
