A chill day at work. My morning was busy but other than that, it was good. Here’s what I did.
- Swam for 45 minutes and did 2000 metres in a very cold pool
- Went to a float to relax and help my body recover along with trying to meditate.
- 3 protein shakes, had one chicken salad, and 10 chicken wings
- Studied two sexuality articles to prepare for my exam on Tuesday. Starting to debate on what to write about.
- hit the Sauna after the cold swim.
