I went to work and did some physical stuff and some other things. As soon as I went home I passed out and woke up around 6pm. I was exhausted. I then hit the gym and went for a nice run. It’s Friday and I want to go out but I also want to to go to Toronto tomorrow .

After my run, I had keto sweat. It’s official. I’m in ketosis!!!!!!!!
- Worked my butt off
- Worked out, stretched
- Ran for 10km in 55 minutes
- Paid off my credit card. Feels good.
