Day 10 – IRONMAN Training

Today was another good day. I was able to wipe more computers. Tomorrow I’ll be going to other locations to fix things. Keto is going well. I’ve had no bread and kept the carbs at a minimum. I have to catch up on my reading for tomorrow’s 3 hour class and focus on my upcoming writing assignment.

  • Swam 1300 yards while also going in the sauna (back and fourth)
  • worked out (last lifting workout, i swear)
  • Ate 2.5 lbs of classic wings, 2 protein shakes, pistachio, some peanut butter
  • Tomorrow I will have to hook the bike on the trainer to be in a focused training mentality. I will also run.
